BIOMECHANICS
Build a solid foundation and begin your holistic journey towards mastering your body and mind and unlocking effortless pain-free peak performance and optimal well-being. This includes in person biomechanics assessments mixed with online resources, education and programming.
Train like an athlete. Unleash your full potential by layering tailored performance focused programming on top of your strong foundation to improve your performance in areas such as strength, speed, power, and aerobic capacity. Online programming.
Intrinsic biomechanics examines how internal body structures (muscles, nerves, bones, and joints) impact movement. By identifying imbalances and limitations, exercises are prescribed to restore alignment and enhance performance. This is crucial to the Uruz athlete program.

At Uruz we champion the belief that everyone possesses an inner athlete. Uruz was born from the experiences of brothers Dom and Oli Morris, professional rugby players who competed at the highest level in the English Premiership, during their careers they've faced their fair share of injuries, performance plateaus and setbacks. These challenges led to a shared passion for holistic health, well-being and performance optimisation. Our holistic philosophy empowers athletes to unlock their maximum potential and well-being, whether training for peak performance improving mindset or recovering from injury. We take the time to understand the whole athlete and help them find their rhythm, build their armour and create consistency.
