We specialise in providing tailored training at your facility for young athletes from your school or club, including personalised 1-on-1 sessions. Drawing from our own elite sports background, we aim to implement an elite sport-like setup at your location, with our focus being establishing a robust and healthy foundation that will serve the younger athlete well in the future—a foundation we wish we had before our own professional sport careers. Education is pivotal in our approach, empowering young athletes to make positive changes in their health, well-being, and performance. Our training encompasses movement, functional gym-based exercises, speed mechanics, injury prevention, coordination & sport-specific drills, nutrition advice, mindset training, and much more. With our extensive experience in elite sports, we bring valuable insights to your school or club, enhancing your athletes' athleticism and laying a solid foundation for their body, mind, and overall health as they progress through their athletic journey and life beyond.

Our mission.

To equip and empower youth athletes and individuals with all the high performing traits and tools learnt from years of professional experience in elite sport. We aim to do this by bringing this elite environment and education to them and delivering it in a relatable, engaging and most importantly enjoyable way. 

Why?

After contemplating the challenges we faced in our own careers, we realised that developing high-performance traits and mindset, mastering our physical and mental abilities, and understanding fundamental principles such as nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits would have been more advantageous if we had done it earlier in life. These practices would have not only benefited us in our professional rugby careers but also in our daily lives, enabling us to achieve optimal well-being, performance and excel better in all endeavours.

Who is it for?

(ages 13+)

Teach healthy movement patterns, foundational strength training,  sport specific drills, hand eye coordination, speed, agility, injury prevention, mobility as well as biomechanics screening for individuals.

Mindset

Meditation, breath-work and high performance mindset exercises challenging them to think differently, step outside of their comfort zone and build genuine confidence in themselves.

Nutrition, Lifestyle and habits. 

Nutrition advice, lifestyle and habits tip and general well-being education to enable them to feel and perform at their very best well into the future. Healthy habits built early.
