Our experiences in elite sport led us to develop the holistic concept of Uruz. We're passionate about health, well-being & performance and want to make a difference.
As brothers and professional rugby players who have competed at the highest level in the English Premiership, we’ve experienced our share of career setbacks, including ongoing injuries, persistent niggles, and performance plateaus. These challenges inspired us to focus on holistic health, wellbeing, and performance optimisation — a shared passion that led us to co-found Uruz.
Within our journey to overcome these obstacles, we explored countless modalities to enhance our performance and recover from injuries. Along the way, we discovered intrinsic biomechanics. The results were astounding, yet we were surprised by how little recognition this approach had in the sporting world. We truly believe intrinsic biomechanics is an invaluable tool for any athlete, bridging the gap between pain, injury, and achieving pain-free peak performance.
Combining our experiences in elite sports with our own research and the expertise of others, we integrated intrinsic biomechanics with a more holistic approach, encompassing education & change in things such as nutrition, habits, lifestyle, and mindset. We understand that it often takes addressing more than just one aspect to allow us to show up as our best selves. This comprehensive philosophy became the foundation of Uruz.
Our mission is to expand Uruz and enable athletes from all walks of life to benefit from our holistic approach to achieving optimal, pain-free performance.

He has also represented England at u16, 18, 19 & 20 level. Unfortunately throughout his career he has suffered with a lot of significant injuries, including 7 major surgeries.
